Healthiness for Goodness

Today was day one of my juice breakfast routine.
I'm juicing fresh vegetables and fruits before I do anything in the morning. Juicing is supposed to make me healthy.
Recipe for juice healthiness:
3 Celery Sticks
4 Carrots
2 Spinach Bunches
1 Apple
Stick it in the juicer and out comes orange/green goodness.
I made a smoothie too Strawberry/Banana & Rice Milk.

NBA Finals begin tomorrow!! Lakers vs. Kevin Garnett.
Don't know if I can wait another day.

Sounds like you people out in Sunny California have nothing better to do then to focus on yourselves. Going raw? Juicing? Not that it is wrong to try to be healthier, and I realize that accupuncturists EVERYWHERE recommend this to all their patients but C'MON people! First things first, quit smoking (which I believe you have) quit drinking, and the rest will fall into place! I am not dissing you bro, I just think that things get a wee bit out of hand!

Oh, and I want to hear more about your juicing...if I wasn't sitting around eating bon bon's all day I would have time to juice! ;)

I read somewhere that Tofu could also be used in smoothies. Sounds good to me. What is tofu?

tofu is an abbreviation for "to fool"
meaning, to fool you that it actually represents a meaty substance, such as turkey, chicken and sometimes beef. Interestingly enough, tofu takes on the flavor of whatever you mix it with.
